Could I Have This Dance

Terri-Ann and Padraic met 9 years ago, they both share a love of American country music, they have the same interest in nice cars, boating and dirt bikes.

They got engaged just out of lockdown on the 12th July 2022 on Carlingford Lough while out fishing on their boat.

Cowboy Inspired Wedding

I photographed Terri-Ann’s sister Tara’s wedding a couple of years ago and Terri-Ann was the maid of hour. Throughout the day I got to know the family so well and what a great bunch they are! It was so lovely and an honour to be asked back to their family home again to photograph Terri-Ann’s wedding.

Terri-Ann is a makeup artist and big into makeup so when it came to her wedding day she knew exactly how she wanted it done. She has a gorgeous room at her house which has full length and Hollywood mirrors which was perfect for getting ready for her wedding day. The room also includes a balcony where you can walk outside to see the whole of Newry and the mountain range - it is stunning.

LMD Beauty

WOW to this makeup look - Terri-Ann looks flawless! The very talented Louise McDonnell from LMD Beauty glammed our bride for her very special day. Louise McDonnell is a Makeup Artist who you can trust that you’ll be looking as gorgeous at the end of the night, as you did before walking down the aisle! Louise fully listens to her brides taste in makeup and creates a look that they will love!

A once-in-a-lifetime occasion calls for a once-in-a-lifetime dress. Terri-Ann’s wedding dress from Forever Bridal was a stunning satin, v-neck dress with a split leg. Terri-Ann styled her dress with a beautiful pearl detailed veil from La Mariée Bridal and a matching pearl head piece from Aimee Farrell Designs. Her look so so simple but unbelievably elegant.

Forever Bridal Belfast

The fantastic Colleen Maguire styled the hairs the morning of the wedding. The bride went for a magnificent up upstyle with plenty of volume and bouncy curls around her face.

Padraic letting his mother fix his suit and tie for his big day. The men wore sleek and smart navy and grey three piece suits from Louis Boyd - they all looked so handsome.

The bridesmaid wore radiant light grey, one shoulder dresses with a diamond detail on the shoulder and a diamond waist band from Drumross Designs. Like the bride, they also had pearl accessories in their hair and pearl and diamond earrings.

The Rambling Rose created a timeless bouquet of white roses and fluffy pampas which complimented the girls look perfectly.

Our newly weds Mr & Mrs Larkin - what a heavenly couple.

Co-operative Greenore

Padraic’s is originally from Greenore. His Father owns the co-operative shop in the town. It is a really old, vintage shop which is so quaint and gorgeous.

Carlingford Lough

This lighthouse in Carlingford Lough is extremely special for our newly weds as this is where Padraic asked Terri-Ann to marry him. When I heard this story I asked the couple to go out on their boat over to the lighthouse to capture some shots there however, there was not a mission due to Terri-Ann’s dress having so much fabric and it being so flowy which is completely understandable.

We headed up to the Flagstaff for some scenic and romantic photographs.

Terri-Ann and Padraic both share a love of American country music. Padraic is a big lover of cowboys hats and wears them all the time. Terri-Ann went and got a glitz n glam cowboy hat done to match him - This was there little nod to their cowboy theme.
